Quick Installation
1. Unplug receiver from the wire harness
2. Wire the Red, Black, Yellow and Green to the keypad terminals of panel
RED Connect to Keypad Red or Aux (+)
BLACK Connect to Keypad Black or Aux (-)
GREEN Connect to Keypad Green
YELLOW    Connect to Keypad Yellow
3. Plug harness into receiver, LED blinks 1 time on power up, after 2 seconds count flashes

Program PGM2 for momentary keyswitch arming (26)

4. Program a User Code into panel for the Code Encryptor (Do not use MASTER CODE)
5. Press and HOLD program button on bottom of Code Encryptor
The light will come ON and stay ON for three seconds then turn OFF
Once light turns OFF, RELEASE program button, light may begin to flash rapidly
Go to keypad and enter the 4-digit User Code programmed into panel with step 1
6. LED on Code Encryptor should stop flashing meaning new Code was learned
(If this doesn't work pull wire harness from Code Encryptor, reconnect and try above again
Button 1 Alarm AWAY/OFF/HOME Press and hold 3 seconds for "HOME" mode
Button 2 Garage Door OPEN/CLOSE
Button 3   PANIC OUTPUT - Hold for 3 seconds
Relay Output - Press and Release
Defaulting  1. Unplug Harness
2. Plug back in while holding receiver button for 3 seconds then release
3. Press big blue keyfob button 3 times

Channel 2 Outputs (Every time button #2 is pressed, two outputs happen simultaneously.)
Output #1 Momentary Contact Closure for Opening and Closing garage door
Output #2   500ma (-) output for 3 minutes, (See Channel 2 Timed Output)

Channel 2 Timed Output
Every time button 2 is pressed the Gray wire sends a 500ma (-) output for 3 minutes.

Application #1 - If you hardwire garage door use this output to trigger a 12VDC relay that energizes
when you open or close garage door extending entry/exit delay by 3 minutes, for security make
entry delay minimal so if thief enters through garage, entry delay will be short

Application #2 - You can use this output to drive entry/exit illumination
Every time customer enters or exits house this output can trigger a relay or X-10 Powerflash module
to interface with driveway, porch or Malibu lighting illuminating way as they leave and return home
The output activates automatically when you press button 2 on remote and will shut off after 3 minutes

Relay Output
Occasionally, you may want to use Channel 3 for control of optional accessories
Code Encryptor II provides the ability to reconfigure Channel 3 to a variety of outputs using
on-board jumpers. The output provided from Code Encryptor II is 5amp from C relay (Common, N/O, N/C)
Jumper Configuration Channel 3 Output Type
Both jumpers in (default) Momentary output
Jumper closest to the harness removed Latching (on/off) output
Jumper farthest from the harness removed 75sec timed output
Both jumpers out 150sec timed output
This output is a 5 amp Form C relay (Common, N/O/, N/C) to energize relay, press & release button 3

Deactivating Panic Feature
In the event the user does not want panic button it can be de-activated from Code Encryptor II
Step 1) Unplug the wire harness from the Code Encryptor II
Step 2) Press and HOLD the program button
Step 3) While HOLDING program button, plug harness in, LED will turn ON
Step 4) Wait until LED turns "OFF"
Step 5) Once LED has turned "OFF" release button

Activating the Panic Mode (If panic was previously disabled)
Step 1) Unplug the wire harness from the Code Encryptor II
Step 2) Press and HOLD the program button
Step 3) While HOLDING the program button, plug the Code Encryptor II harness
back in. The LED light located on the front will turn ON
Step 4) Immediately release the program button

To add a NEW remote
METHOD #1
1. Disarm panel and Enter 78738 from keypad. System will arm in "STAY" mode
2. Press button #1 (largest button) until system disarms. It should take a four presses

METHOD #2
1. PRESS and RELEASE program button on receiver. LED will turn ON
2. Immediately PRESS button 1 (largest button) on new remote control THREE TIMES
  LED receiver should go OFF, indicating the remote has been learned
Note: If LED stays ON, remote not learned. Remove & replace harness, wait 15 seconds and try again

To DELETE ALL remotes
METHOD #1
Purge entire memory by disarming panel. Enter 76278 from keypad
Keypad on most panels will "beep" or lights will turn off momentarily to confirm delete

METHOD #2
PRESS and HOLD program button, LED will turn ON for four seconds, then go OFF then ON again
All remotes in memory have been purged, release program button
